However, if you're not completely satisfied with quality of you product, simply return it to us and we will reprint it,
Please note that this guarantee does not cover problems with artwork that you have supplied, such as typos or low resolution images. It also does not cover any artwork designed by aura print that has been approved by you the customer.
To avoid these two issues please check any artwork that you send for suitability and correctness, and also take the time to carefully check design proofs that we send to you.
